President & CEO - Jerry Rozenberg
Mr. Rozenberg has more then twenty years of experience in the field of health career education, programming and management of programs in health related professional education. The latter particularly in regard to schools in health related professions demonstrating significant underperformance. This management expertise is augmented with a background as a clinical practitioner in critical care and emergency medicine, with extensive experience as an instructor in pre-hospital emergency medicine; training and practice as a Paramedic and Physician Assistant with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Physician Assistant Studies.
Vice President and Director of Legal Affairs- Raphael Treitel, Esq.
Mr. Treitel received his JD degree from the Benjamin N. Cardoza School of Law/Yeshiva University in 1999. His early professional experience included working as a litigator. Subsequently, he developed a specialty in health care regulation and educational law, and is a noted lecturer on various topics pertaining to health care programs and systems. He serves on the Boards of several health care, educational, and social service organizations, and is engaged in lobbying for health care and regulatory reform.
Director of Development and Planning - Mitchell Zaretsky
Mr. Zaretsky has thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, health care industry and public and non-profit management. His expertise spans all components of financial and operations management and strategic planning with several years of hands-on management experience. Masters degreed in Quantitative and Policy Analysis.
Director of Administration, Accreditation and Compliance - Sarah Bokow
Ms. Bokow, a senior school administrator with ten years of experience in the development and implementation of administrative systems. Ms. Bokow brings extensive experience and expertise in accreditation and financial aid rules, regulations and compliance. This experience complimented by a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management has uniquely equipped Ms. Bokow with the understanding of the complex environment of school management with major challenges of diversity, a highly developed regulatory environment and the tensions between academic excellence and real-world business challenges.
Director of Financial Aid - Neal Harris
Mr. Harris, team’s expert in student financial aid with more than thirty years of experience administering Title IV programs, Federal Loan Programs, Perkins and PELL and NYS TAP as well as institutionally funded aid. Extensive experience with traditional and non-traditional students gained through holding senior management positions in such institutions as Mercy College and Yeshiva University where he was responsible for a student loan portfolio of nearly $60 million.
